Primrose Willow

22 Aug

Found a large patch of these Primrose willows growing along the marshy edges of Lake Dora. They were about 8′ tall and covered with flowers. I heard a loud “buzz” as I walked closer – there were insects and butterflies all over the plants. This plant is also host to the Banded Sphinx Moth.
