Scarlet Morning Glory

This little bright red morning glory was found growing along the St. John’s River in northern Florida. The little red flowers were like bright beacons under the oak canopy.

AKA: SCARLETCREEPER  Ipomoea hederifolia L

    i found a patch of Scarlet Morning Gloies here in Hudson. I dug one up and brought it home. The wild patch is in a neighbor’s garden that he will be tilling up soon.

      Jan, you may have better luck if you can get seeds from your neighbor
