Blue Mist

1 Jun

My husband & I took a walk thru the Crystal River Preserve State Park Eco-Walk. There were many wildflowers blooming along the 2.5 mile trail. It was a hot humid day – but there were several shady spots to get break from the sun. One of the most prolific wildflowers we saw was the Blue Mist Flower or Wild Ageratum as it is also called. Pictured below is a young katydid sunning on top of one of the flowers.
